Weekend RN Supervisor

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and offers a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care of patients on weekends, ensuring that all medical and non-medical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of RNs to deliver high-quality patient care, promote collaboration, and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement patient care plans
, incorporating input from multidisciplinary teams, and monitor patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Perform administrative tasks
, such as charting, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives, to maintain accurate records and support continuous quality improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies

Requirements- Current RN license
, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a RN, with a track record of leadership and supervision.
