Job Summary:

Beacon Ridge Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading our nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and procedures

• Serve as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

• Conduct regular rounds and reviews to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks

• Provide guidance and support to staff during challenging situations, ensuring that patient needs are met and maintained

• Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing inventory, supplies, and equipment for the nursing department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or completed LPN program

• Current RN or LPN license with the State of Oklahoma

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Assistant Director of Nursing will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
