As a Registered Nurse (RN), Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the nursing team on our weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive experience for our residents. About the Role:

  • Lead by example: Demonstrate expertise in providing compassionate and individualized care to our residents, and mentor and guide your team to achieve the same high standards.

  • Supervise and support: Oversee the weekend nursing staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.

  • Coordinate patient care: Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place and implemented effectively.

  • Ensure quality and safety: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and staff efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records: Accurately document patient care, medication administration, and other essential information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license: Current RN license in the State of Oklahoma required.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
