Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and other daily needs

• Assist with vital signs, wound care, and other medical procedures as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with healthcare teams

• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, respectful work environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
