The position emphasizes implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient needs, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Job Details- Schedule:
Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. - Required Qualifications:
Valid Nursys License, certification/professional profile, two professional references, and completion of Ascension skills checklist. - Additional Information:
The role requires critically thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment. Personal protective equipment must be used as required, following Standard Precautions.
