LEAD SALES ASSOCIATE-FT in SAPULPA, OK S01992

Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for its Sapulpa, OK store. The role supports daily store operations and provides leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Maintain a clean, well‑organized store with a customer‑first focus.
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate cash register and scanner, process payments, bag merchandise, and make change.
• Receive, open, and unpack merchandise boxes; stock shelves, rotate stock, and build displays.
• Clean store floors, dust, mop, and set up sidewalk displays.
• Assist with planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Follow safety policies, cash handling procedures, and deposit control.
• Drive own vehicle to deposit money at bank.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of supervisory experience (or related training).
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and handle cash accurately.
• Good physical stamina: bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing/pulling rolltainers.
• Occasional driving to bank deposits and management meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
