Header Welder
Pay: $32+/hour, based on experience
Shift: Day
Job Type: Full-time
About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Header Welder to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welding headers to precise specifications, ensuring high-quality, durable welds that meet industry and company standards. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow with a stable, established company.
Responsibilities- Weld headers according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary corrections
- Fit and tack parts prior to final welding
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Proven experience as a header welder or in a similar welding role
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be able to pass a 2G horizontal test single bevel MIG stringer flux-core fill and cap
