Position Summary

Company Driver – Refrigerated (OTR) based in Sapulpa, OK for Climate Express, Inc. Pay ranges from $1,430 to $1,860 per week. Route type is over‑the‑road (OTR) and the start date is ASAP.

• Operate a 2022 or newer Volvo 760 – automatic refrigerated truck equipped with ergonomically designed seats, a 70L / 96W sleeper, built‑in refrigerator, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.
• Transport dry van and reefer loads, with 1 pickup/1 drop or drop‑and‑hook handling.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring 100% no‑touch freight compliance.
• Complete deliveries within the middle corridor of the United States, avoiding dispatches to mountainous western routes or New York City.
• Maintain truck condition through regular maintenance, and coordinate with the 24/7 shop for any required service.
• Communicate daily with managers, team members, and dispatchers, fostering a safe and collaborative environment.

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year driving experience.
• Willingness to drive OTR routes.
• No more than four serious driving incidents on record.

Employees are paid on a per‑mile basis for both loaded and empty miles, with potential for 5%–7% more miles per year compared to short‑mile companies. Annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses, and performance bonuses are offered. Annual pay for top performers exceeded $100,000 last year.
