Game Stop - 1204 Shelton Beach Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Promote Game Stops guest benefits, such as title reservations and Pro Rewards loyalty program.;
Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.;
Safeguard company assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices, including handling bank deposits as required.
