Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Saraland, AL (Onsite)
Pay: $15.48/hour
Experience: Previous related experience
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time;
Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Clark Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
- Answer questions regarding custom rug production or manufacturing via phone or email
- Give price quotes on rugs, strike-offs, and design-related services
- Enter orders (rugs, samples, carpet, and design requests)
- Order materials needed to manufacture rugs
- Work with production managers scheduling ship dates
- Update customers on carpet backorders and make suggestions for possible substitutions
- Track orders and communicate with sales leaders and customers regarding delays or problems
- Must be computer literate with the ability to type up to 30 WPM
- AS 400 experience preferred
- Order entry skills preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
