As a Lab Technician
, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring quality and compliance by testing incoming materials in an industrial lab setting. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented, hands‑on professionals who enjoy working independently, following processes, and contributing to safe, efficient operations. If you’re looking for steady, on‑site work with consistent hours and weekly pay, this role offers a strong foundation.
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace
- Perform material acceptance, internal quality control, and outgoing testing on oil, water, and solid samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including test kits, analyzers, centrifuges, and distillation apparatus
- Prepare and manage documentation for incoming and outgoing materials
- Handle sample collection, shipping coordination, and test result tracking
- Maintain accurate regulatory and internal records for production support
- Other duties as assigned
- Willing and able to work in an on‑site industrial environment using required PPE
- Comfortable handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in a science-related field preferred
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Reliable and able to work the scheduled shift you are hired for
- Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
