Department Lead - Apparel

Rural King -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, price changes, planogram sets, and department cleanliness to maintain high standards.;
Adhere to indoor merchandising guide to ensure consistent department and signing standards and appealing displays.;
Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and replenish from stockroom/top stock.;
Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat, organized, and visually appealing for customers.;
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries, locate products, and address concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
