- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services for privately held businesses (Partnerships, S-Corps, small C-Corps) and their owners/individuals
- Manage and mentor teams of seniors and staff accountants
- Oversee engagement planning, workflow, and scheduling
- Perform research and provide solutions on complex tax matters
- Review work to ensure technical accuracy and timeliness
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, becoming a strategic tax advisor
- Communicate effectively with partners and team members on engagement status
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to support team development
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience preferred
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master's a plus)
- CPA license required
- Expertise in a variety of tax areas/entity structures
- Experience with individual (1040) returns is highly preferred
- Familiarity with trust/estate tax is a bonus but not required
- Strong project management, communication, and research skills
- Technologically savvy and detail-oriented
- Confident team leader with the ability to multitask and mentor in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
