Staff Accountant

* Sarasota, FL (100% Remote)
* $60K-$65K

What You'll Do:

* Support month-end close (journal entries, budget vs. actuals)

* Reconcile GL & subsidiary accounts; resolve discrepancies

* Prepare financial statements & balance sheet reconciliations

* Analyze variances and support reporting insights

* Review sales commissions & approve monthly payments

* Assist with audits and budget process

What You Bring:

* Bachelor's in Accounting

* 4-6 years general ledger experience

* Strong GAAP knowledge

* Advanced Excel skills

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
