The student assistant Intern, IT, will assist the help desk with work requests, phone calls, and walk in services. The intern supports many tools students utilize for their academic journey s intern position will get a hands-on view of how IT supports and manages these tools to assist students.
Examples of Duties
* Handle technical work orders assigned by Help Desk management
* Answer phone calls to the help desk
* Upgrade classroom/lab computers to prepare for Fall 2026
* Assist with computer/software inventory and other miscellaneous items
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* Good academic standing, customer service oriented, & reliable
