As a Strategic Mentor, you will serve as a trusted advisor/mentor to growth-minded business owners. You will help them create clarity, solve complex business challenges, implement proven systems, and achieve measurable results.

• Mentor business owners and leadership teams

• Facilitate strategic planning and execution

• Inspire business owners to implement systems and processes

• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance

• Assist members in improving profitability and revenue growth

• Drive accountability and results

• Build strong client relationships and retention

• Deliver workshops and training sessions

Increase profitability, grow revenue, improve leadership effectiveness, and drive measurable, sustainable growth across clients.

• Proven business leadership or management experience

• Strong financial acumen

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to influence and motivate others

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service experience

• Coaching, advising, consulting, or mentoring experience

• Leadership, entrepreneurial or business ownership experience
