What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed and consistent communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure the build stays true to the design vision.
• Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce jobsite safety protocols.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for client or architect walkthroughs at any time.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential construction.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans.
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management tools.
• Professional communication skills and a calm, confident leadership style.
• Pride in keeping jobsites on schedule, on budget, and to spec.
• A deep respect for craftsmanship, planning, and collaboration.
