The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager. He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and execute project schedules using Gantt charts and Procore, ensuring look-ahead planning and proactive coordination with trade partners.
• Provide accurate information for updates
• Complete accurate daily logs, inspections, photos, and field documentation using Procore.
• Scheduling of subcontractors and materials; allowing long enough lead times for subs and material to be on site at correct times
• Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list.
• Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping. Must maintain a clean jobsite and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations
• Review shop drawings for accuracy
• Utilize Bluebeam Revu (or similar software) to review and mark up plans and construction documents.
• Maintain organized digital project documentation and communicate updates using Microsoft 365 and company systems.
• Use technology and AI tools, where appropriate, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency.
• Proactively problem-solve

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong computer proficiency with experience using construction technology in a production environment, including:
• Procore (required)
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF markup software
• Mobile applications for daily logs, inspections, photos, and field reporting
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and standardized digital workflows
• Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
• Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to assist with documentation, communication, and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program
