Responsibilities
Admissions Associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests.
This role typically:
* Answers questions, provides information, and sells:
* Tickets
* Tours
* Memberships
* Process payments and ticket distribution
* Provides exceptional customer service to guests
As needed this role:
* Assist with events or other duties as assigned
Skills relevant to this role include:
* Ability to learn/use web-based computer ticketing system (Tessitura)
* Communicating effectively (verbally and written) in-person, via telephone, and email
* Work independently and with a team
* Handle cash and payments
* Ability to remain calm during peak times and higher customer volume
This role must present a professional image in line with internal dress code.
Qualifications
Physical
* Stand for long periods of time
* Ability to work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
Education
* HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous Tessitura experience
* Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English

Anticipated Salary Range
$15.45 per hour (24 hours a week)
