We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Assist customers with wash package selections, memberships, and questions
Process transactions accurately (cash, card, memberships, gift cards, etc.)
Maintain an organized and clean front desk and lobby area
Answer phone calls, schedule services (if applicable), and respond to inquiries
Communicate with wash attendants and management to support smooth operations
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and customer records (receipts, reports, membership updates)
Follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
Basic computer and POS system skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working around a car wash environment (water, noise, outdoor traffic flow)
