Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
* Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
* Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
* Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
* Working one-on-one with students
* Assessing students and providing developmental feedback
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach sport management courses
* Develop and revise curriculum to meet program and industry standards
* Deliver instruction in multiple formats (in-person, hybrid)
* Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways
* Participate in department meetings, college service, and professional development
* Engage with local sports organizations and industry partners to support program relevance
Position Requirements :
* 2+ years of professional experience
* Master's Degree in Sports Management
