Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications for this position include an associate or bachelor of arts in early childhood education or related field, child development associate (CDA) certification, 1-2 years of previous experience, successful completion of state-required pre-service training, effective communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to address stressful situations professionally, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and meeting background check eligibility.
