* Adecco is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting metal stamping and forming processes, implementing new equipment and processes, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Support production processes, including metal stamping and forming operations.

+ Develop and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation.

+ Identify and implement process, tooling, and equipment improvements.

+ Lead and support process validations, risk assessments, and PFMEA activities.

+ Support new equipment installation, qualification, and process transfers.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, productivity, and operational performance.

+ Assist with preventive maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting.

+ Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

+ 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.

+

Experience with process development, DOE, PFMEA, and process validation activities.

+ Proficiency with CAD software (Solid Works preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP requirements, and OSHA regulations.

+ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

** Preferred Experience*
* + Metal stamping, metal forming, and tooling.

+ Electro-mechanical equipment, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled systems.

+ Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

** Pay Details:**  $40.00 per hour
