• Project
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner directly with architects and developers to design and optimize complex site plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts.
• Leadership & Mentoring:
  Lead project teams through the full design lifecycle and serve as a formal mentor for EITs and junior designers.
• Regulatory Advocacy:
  Navigate the "red tape" by managing the permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring every project is guideline-concordant.
• Quality & Innovation:
  Lead technical reviews and champion cost-effective, safe, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Oversight:
  Manage project workflows within AutoCAD/Civil 3D, proactively identifying and squashing design-related challenges before they hit the field.

Your Professional Toolkit

We're looking for a licensed expert who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting setting.

Education & Licensure:

• Degree:
  Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering is a must.
• PE License:
  Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (must be eligible for Florida reciprocity upon hire).

Experience:

• The Record:
  Minimum of 5–8 years of total civil or environmental engineering experience.
• Specialization:
  Proven track record in land development, water resources, or environmental remediation.
• Tech Savvy:
  Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and standard industry modeling software.
