As the Sr. Wealth Advisor – Team Lead, you will:

• Partner closely with the CFP® professional and Trust Officer to develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies for Greater Sarasota and Florida West Gulf Coast communities.
• Foster a team-based approach to client service, leveraging the expertise of planning, trust, investment, and banking professionals.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and strategic planning discussions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the client experience and strengthen team effectiveness.
• Ensure customer experience is delivered exceptionally to each CNB Wealth client.

• Combines technical expertise, business development success, and leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.
• Team-oriented relationship manager who understands that the best client outcomes are achieved through teamwork.
• Energized by partnering with fellow professionals to deepen client relationships and grow the overall wealth management practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA preferred but not required.
• CFP certification preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in similar roles.

Salary range: $125,500 – $155,500
, plus performance‑based incentive. The final salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
