Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' solutions for small business customers;
Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new small business customers;
Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to five million dollars;
Educate customers on Regions' consumer and business products, including loans and deposits, and digital banking solutions;
Own and resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to internal experts when appropriate
