What Will I Do?
You'll play a critical role in helping our brands operate smarter, grow faster, and fully leverage the technology investments that power our business.
This is an opportunity to influence how an entire enterprise works—not just a single location or department.
You'll have a seat at the table, visibility with senior leadership, and the chance to make a measurable impact across a growing organization.
You'll serve as the bridge between business operations and technology, helping multiple brands successfully adopt and optimize critical platforms, processes, and initiatives by
- Leading high-impact Service Titan rollouts and enterprise initiatives
- Partnering with operations, marketing, finance, and technology teams to align strategy and execution
- Driving adoption, training, and change management across multiple regions
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize best practices
- Monitoring results, measuring ROI, and ensuring initiatives deliver real business value
- Influencing leaders and teams at every level of the organization
Do I Have What it Takes
We're looking for someone who combines operational credibility with technology expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in home services operations with proven leadership experience.
- Deep Service Titan experience across both field and back-office operations
- Success leading large-scale implementations, rollouts, or transformation initiatives
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to make decisions and drive accountability
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- A passion for continuous improvement and scalable business growth
- Multi-location or multi-brand experience
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Training, facilitation, or change management experience
