Break & Fix Technician Contract-To-Hire
Need one resource to perform break and fix work during a 90-day contract-to-hire. The transition rate upon full-time hire to Compu Com will be $17 - $20 for entry-level technicians.
The position is currently a 90-day contract-to-hire.
The candidate needs to live in the Sarasota/Bradenton FL area.
The scope of the position: strong hardware break-fix experience. Technician will travel to each client's location. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs desktop, laptop, server, and printer. Works under general supervision. There will be overtime.
Minimum requirements:
four years plus supporting desktops, laptops, and printers. Three years plus with customer service experience. Reliable transportation (this is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly). Able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekends. After training is complete, candidate will be added to the on call rotation 7x24 basic needs/haves.
Desirable but not required:
CompTIA A+ OEM printer warranty certifications OEM laptop/desktop warranty certifications server experience would be a bonus.
