About the Shop
The shop is seeking a Lead A-Level Automotive Technician in Sarasota, FL who wants  steady volume, advanced repair work, and a pay plan that rewards production .
This is a high-volume, flat-rate environment for an accomplished technician who can reliably produce 45+ flagged hours per week while handling advanced diagnostics and major mechanical repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Perform engine removal, replacement, and major mechanical repairs
Complete timing chain repairs and internal engine work
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns
Identify root causes through accurate automotive diagnostics
Complete advanced repairs independently
Maintain 45+ flagged hours per week while delivering quality work
Work with the team to maintain consistent workflow and productivity
Qualifications
5+ years of automotive repair experience; 10+ years preferred
A-Level diagnostic and advanced troubleshooting ability
Experience independently completing major mechanical repairs
Proven ability to reliably produce 45+ flagged hours per week
Experience working in a flat-rate, production-based environment
Ability to balance productivity with repair quality and accuracy
European vehicle experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Audi preferred
