Twin Peaks - - - Responsibilities:
Direct the work of store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage.;
Manage costs and lead local store marketing and recruiting efforts; ensure policies are followed, including documentation.;
Coach, counsel, train, and motivate all team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.;
Ensure Steps of Service are followed at all times and motivate staff to provide PEAKS service to every table.;
Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed audition guidelines; maintain training schedules and materials.
