** Position Overview*
* We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for entry-level Machine Operator positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in production or grow within the manufacturing industry. No advanced experience required-training provided.

Machine Operators play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery throughout the shift

+ Set up machines and ensure proper operation before and during production runs

+ Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues

+ Make basic adjustments to machine settings to maintain production standards

+ Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment

+ Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

+ Track production output and complete required documentation

+ Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

** Qualifications*
* + Entry-level - willing to train the right candidate

+ Ability to work on your feet and in a production environment

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

+ Must be able to work assigned shift consistently

** Requirements*
* + Must speak English

+ Must pass an oral drug test

+ Must pass a 7-year felony/misdemeanor background check

** Pay Details:**  $16.00 to $17.25 per hour
