Converting Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:00am)
- Operate converting machines and production equipment used to manufacture adhesive bandages and pads.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and report equipment issues as needed.
- Follow FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while meeting production goals.
Converting Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of production or machine operation experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced production environment.
