Labor Helper For Automotive Paint Repair

Looking for a labor helper for automotive paint repair at large dealerships across the Sarasota area.

Responsibilities:

• Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
• Assisting in inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
• Assisting in prepping and/or buffing defects.
• Assisting in mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
• Assisting in painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.

Qualifications:

• Need to have a valid driver's license & legal employment verification
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.
• Must be a good multi-tasker.
• The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus.
• Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
• Time is spent working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions.
• Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.
