Health and Nutrition Services Coordinator

Children First, Inc. seeks a Health and Nutrition Services Coordinator to support the well-being of vulnerable children and families in Athens, GA. In this role, you will coordinate health and nutrition services across our child- and family-focused programs, including advocacy and family support initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting health and nutrition screenings, developing individualized wellness plans, and providing education on healthy eating and child development.

You will collaborate closely with case managers, CASA volunteers, and community health partners to ensure timely referrals and continuity of care. The coordinator will track outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to grant and program reporting.
