The
Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides restorative careto residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring compliance with facility policies and maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide restorative care as outlined in care plans
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Document treatments and incidents accurately
• Assist in care plan development and implementation
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policies

Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and perform required tasks
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
