We are currently seeking a licensed practical nurse (lpn) or registered nurse (rn) part time pediatric case caring for a 16-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator 2 nights a week.

This opportunity is perfect for a nurse who values connection, consistency, and the chance to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a warm and supportive home setting.

key responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Monitor and document the patient's health status
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care

requirements:

• Active lpn or rn license in good standing (florida)
• Experience required with:
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred

qualifications:

• Current unencumbered lpn/rn license in the state of florida
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a registered nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
• In compliance with state and federal regulations
• Cpr
• Valid ahca/ level two background screening
• Tb test showing a negative result
