We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) part time/full time caring for an 18-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator 2 nights a week or 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Monitor and document the patient's health status
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
• Experience required with:
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum one (1) year experienced as a registered nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
• In compliance with state and federal regulations
• CPR
• Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
• TB test showing a negative result
