Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac care, with specific experience in cath lab procedures. The role requires both independence and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, performing assessments and administering medications as needed.
- Assist with various cardiac procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, PPM, Impella, and IABP.
- Work as part of a call team during night shifts.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in GE EMR
- Meditech. - Collaborate with a team of RN's and techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting is mandatory.
- Experience with Impella, IABP, vents, and other related equipment preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment.
