What You'll Do:

Lead in delivering patient care using the nursing process within the scope of practice and standards
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members ensuring quality outcomes
Utilize data to evaluate and improve patient care processes
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions

What You Need:

Required:

Valid RN license in Florida, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years nursing experience
Preferred:
Certification in clinical specialty areas, proficiency with healthcare software, strong organizational skills
Key skills:
Effective communication, good judgment, self-directed work ethic, adaptability
