Bright Star Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities.;
Take and record vital signs and assist with height and weight measurements.;
Provide care according to the patient’s plan of care and assist with daily tasks including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, and light housekeeping.;
Provide transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping as needed.
