Quality Assurance Associate
Location:
Sarasota, FL (100% On-Site)
Pay: $23-$25/hour

About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support our quality management system and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. This role plays a key part in inspections, audits, and maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer complaint records from intake through resolution, including tracking, documentation, and follow-up
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify product compliance
Conduct outgoing audits prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and audit documentation
Support ISO 9001:2015 processes, audit preparation, and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality-related matters
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree or related experience preferred
Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or administrative support preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, inspections, and audits is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Comfortable working in a production environment and following safety guidelines
