Sam's Club - Up to $28.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and train associates, assign duties, provide feedback, and evaluate performance.;
Oversee ecommerce programs such as Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, including auditing feedback and resolving complaints.;
Ensure adequate associate coverage at ecommerce pickup locations and monitor KPIs.;
Lead process improvement projects to increase Club Pickup efficiency and accuracy.;
Provide member service by assisting with self-service technology, guiding purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
