PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations and assist when needed;
Maintain Hard Goods areas merchandising presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and Customer experience;
Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities
