Location:

Sarasota. This position requires working 5:00 AM to finish, five days a week, with weekends required.

Sales Merchandisers are responsible for stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service while ordering products at all designated accounts. The role is primarily day‑shift with weekend work required. The primary duty is to continuously stock and order Coke Florida products per consumer needs.

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, preventing out of stock situations and minimizing trade break, damage and loss.
• Place timely, accurate orders per ad calendar to maintain inventory levels, adjusting orders based on influencing factors.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow‑up.
• Maintain professional team relationships with co‑workers, customers, and shoppers.
• Ensure account meets company merchandising standards, properly facing and spinning product per applicable standards.
• Determine stores' product needs, place, and transmit appropriate orders.
• Conduct store surveys.
• Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties.
• Maintain merchandising standards and efficiencies while rotating products in designated accounts.
• Organize backroom inventory in an orderly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves.
• Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for the account.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Identify and report any unsafe working conditions.
• Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards.
• Work shifts and work schedules as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle during employee working hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product; certification required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must maintain current vehicle liability insurance as specified by the company.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.

• Associate Degree / 1–2 yr. College – University Degree Preferred.
• 1+ year previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
• Proficient computer application skills.
• 1+ year working under minimal or no supervision preferred.

• Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, frequently.
• Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching at the head, waist, below the knees, and bending knees frequently.
• Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance, frequently.
• Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities.
• Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
