Front Bar Receptionist

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is an efficient + effective focused facial bar that provides affordable, approachable and accessible skincare in a modern + inclusive environment.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Sell and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify the manager when supplies of any kind are low to ensure all items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time‑keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Preferred Salon Experience

Job Type: Part Time (Mondays 9‑2, Tuesdays 2‑7, Wednesdays 9‑7, Saturdays 9‑6) or Full Time with the same hours plus additional marketing hours.

Education:

High school or equivalent.
