Drybar Sarasota is on the hunt for an experienced, outgoing, and customer-obsessed Front Desk Coordinator to join our team as a Bartender (our signature Drybar term for our front desk and sales team).

  Efficiently manage appointment schedules, maximize stylist booking capacity, and handle walk-ins or cancellations smoothly to maintain shop flow.

• Have
  
  Experience:
  
  1–2+ years of experience in a salon, spa, high-end retail, or hospitality front desk environment (highly preferred).
• Are a Scheduling Pro:
  You understand how to manage a busy appointment book and resolve timing conflicts on the fly.
• Are Tech-Savvy:
  Confident using point-of-sale systems and salon management software (experience with platforms like Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Millennium is a major plus!).
• Have a Sales Mindset:
  You are goal-oriented and genuinely love sharing product knowledge and selling memberships.
• Multitask with Ease:
  You stay calm, cool, and professional under pressure in a bustling environment.
• Are Reliable & Available:
  Must be 18 or older, comfortable standing for 6–8 hour shifts, and available to work weekends.
