Provide warm, personalized customer service and fragrance recommendations.;
Demonstrate and sell fragrances and related beauty products; educate customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage.;
Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor; merchandising, inventory upkeep, signage and pricing updates.;
Use point-of-sale and mobile selling technology to process transactions and promote loyalty programs.;
Build lasting customer relationships using clienteling tools; promote new launches and events; drive sales and loyalty.
