You'll learn how to build relationships with physicians, hospitals and senior communities, network with healthcare professionals, give presentations, use CRM technology to manage your sales pipeline, generate referrals, become a trusted healthcare resource in the community, and build your own territory.

What you'll do includes visiting referral partners throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties, meeting with physicians, discharge planners, assisted living communities and senior organizations, representing one of the area's most respected home care companies, attending networking events and community programs, growing your own book of business, and helping seniors receive exceptional care.

What we're looking for is attitude more than experience. You should be friendly and confident, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people every day, tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office and AI tools, organized and dependable, willing to learn, and driven by goals and results.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred (business, marketing, healthcare or related field), or equivalent work experience, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, excellent communication skills, and experience with Go High Level  or other CRM software is a plus.

Compensation includes competitive base salary, uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, quarterly incentives, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, health benefits, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
