Driven by goals and results Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field), or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain our services and resources clearly to families making difficult care decisions
- Comfortable handling family objections and questions with empathy and confidence
