You'll learn how to:

What you'll do:

• Visit referral partners throughout Sarasota County
• Meet with physicians, discharge planners, assisted living communities and senior organizations
• Represent one of the area's most respected home care companies
• Attend networking events and community programs
• Grow your own book of business
• Help seniors receive exceptional care
• Speak directly with families evaluating care options, understand their concerns, and clearly communicate how our services and resources meet their needs
• Guide families from first inquiry through starting care, using strong listening and follow-up skills to convert interest into enrolled clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field), or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain our services and resources clearly to families making difficult care decisions
• Comfortable handling family objections and questions with empathy and confidence
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
